VIP Tour Important Information

• Book early as VIP seats are limited.
• Pickup starts between 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM; drop-off by 9:30 PM.
• Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes for activities.
• Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket for the evening.
• Live performances are unavailable during Ramadan and Islamic holidays.
• Pregnant women and those with back/heart conditions should avoid dune bashing.
• No prior experience is needed for sandboarding or camel riding.
• Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
• In case of bad weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
